RETURNS & REFUNDS
All sock sales are final and no refund will be issued.
Socks are considered to be underwear and there is no way to ensure the product is unused by the buyer.
Non sock wearable items are eligible for return/refund and will be issued a store credit In the form of an electronic gift card, store credit does not expire. We will not issue refunds back to your method of payment. Store credit will be issued only for the returned items and does not include the shipping. If shipping was free with your purchase, then you will be responsible for shipping cost associated with returned items.
We do allow refunds/exchanges for defective items or for an incorrect order received due to our error. To start the process, please notify us with 7 days of receiving your order and let us know which of the above has happened and we will be sure to correct it. No other reason is valid for refunds.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method for defective items within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@shopswagysocks.com.
